I have played music all my life. I began on the piano around the age of five, then switched to violin. Years later I picked up the guitar and started singing and writing songs. My first solo singing gig was at The Alcove, the tiniest bar in Evanston, IL. I played every Saturday night for a year, sitting in the window with my guitar, with my audience only a few feet away. Now, I am excited to be embarking on my first "solo" recording project, comprising many songs that were written during that time. I'm working with Steve Dawson at Kernel Sound Emporium, and the album will be coming out in spring of 2018. Visit my fundraising page for more info about this project and to pre-order a CD.
