First night playing at the Alcove in Evanston, IL.
I have played music all my life. I began on the piano around the age of five, then switched to violin. Years later I picked up the guitar and started singing and writing songs. My first solo singing gig was at The Alcove, the tiniest bar in Evanston, IL. I played every Saturday night for a year, sitting in the window with my guitar, with my audience only a few feet away. Love in the End Times is my first solo recording project and includes many songs written during that time.
